The 2021 Syrahmi Once In A Lifetime is a highly nuanced in a modern-style Heathcote frame, with dark earth, red cherry and licorice aromas that build in the glass. Densley packed yet also fresh and light on it’s feet thanks to fresh acidity. Willowy in shape, young and vibrant, kept tight thanks to meaty tannins driving a ling singular finish.
