2021 Garden of Earthly Delights Chardonnay

It can sometimes be forgotten just how close certain areas of the Heathcote region are to the Macedon region. Where Syrahmi is at Tooboorac is stone’s throw from the edge of the Macedon region.

Hay, popcorn, cracked wheat, frisky stonefruit and cashew characters. It’s flavoursome but it cuts through the palate with energy. The cracked wheat, almost cider-like aspects here are distinctive. Apple-like characters add a cleansing aspect to the finish.
