Destemmed, 21 days on skins, 17 months’ maturation in ceramic egg, seasoned French oak and stainless steel. Sourced from the GKLR vineyard and showing plenty of style in ’24 with its classic nebbiolo scent rich in dark rose petal, cherry and plum fruits, bracken, orange peel and cassia bark. Brings some added savoury magic on the palate, introducing extra layers of anise, red licorice, balsamic and amaro bitter herbs and earth. Tannins and acidity are fine and fresh, in that order.
