2022 Garden of Earthly Delights Pinot

Pinot Noir is exceptionally versatile. With the delicate balance of fruit and tannins it really can be drunk with anything! 2022 vintage, the fruit comes from the Macedon Farmers Arms Vineyard. 100% de-stemmed, cold soaked 4 days at 12 degrees. Wild yeast ferment, gently hand plunged on skins for 21 days. New and seasoned French oak for secondary fermentation and matured for 14 months in oak and a further 12 months in bottle before release.
